We are pleased to present our clients with a new way to access current and past tax returns and share documents with our staff via a secure portal called SmartVault.

How to access prior year returns:

  1. Click on Home (located top of the screen – the C&C logo) to access the main screen
  2. Click on Name or Entity Name folder you want to access (the account may include other entities or trust accounts associated with the email on file)
  3. Select Folder for tax year you want access to (TY 2016TY 2017, etc)
  4. Click on Client Tax Returns
  5. Click on tax return to access.

How to reset password:

  1. Go to SmartVault site (via link on our website).
  2. Click “can’t sign in” below the sign in button.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your SmartVault account to receive a link to reset you password.

To upload documents:

  1. On the home screen to the left click “upload documents”.
  2. A large screen to the right will show and you can drag and drop files here or click “browse”.
